Z-Line filter cells G4-F7

The Z-Line filter cells are produced with synthetic polyester. The media is self supporting and does not require any metal grid support. The self-stable pleats are spaced precisely by hot melt supporters, this guarantees a uniform spacing thus offering optimal flow. Each filter is produced with closed sides, this technology seals each filter to a 100% leak-free filter without a frame.

The P-Line with its unique narrow pleat design offers a 20% to 25% increased filter area.

Fine Dust Filter
Pocket filters F6 to F9 (TS,TV,TP,TG)

Made of multilayer polypropylene, meltblown synthetic or fiberglass filter media. Used as both pre filters and final filters in all types of HVAC systems. The use of high grade filter media and state of the art production know-how guarantees a highly economic solution. All filters are offered with metal or plastic frames and have a single frame construction with tailored vshaped sown pockets. The individual seams are holt melt sealed to prevent penetration of dust.

Fine Dust Filter
Mini Pleat Filters

State of the art mini pleat technology is based on pleating packages constructed from fibreglass or synthetic filter paper.

Using hot-melt design the pleats can be accurately spaced thus allowing the maximum amount of media into any one filter. The filters are very stable and can be used with air flows in both directions.
